What counts as an analysis?
Opening a product we hold and seeing its ingredient breakdown. A failed scan, a barcode we don't have, a camera problem or reopening the same result in the same session all cost nothing.
What happens when the five run out?
You keep your account, your history stays readable and search still works. You just can't run new analyses until you subscribe. We don't hold what you've already looked at hostage.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you are back to the same position as an unsubscribed account: history and search, no new analyses.
Why so cheap?
Because the analysis is deterministic. A scan is a database query, not a model call, so it costs us a fraction of a cent to answer. We would rather charge a little to a lot of people than a lot to a few.
